Schedule

At our school, the timetable planners play a crucial role in the daily organization. They ensure that all lessons, tests, and other school activities are scheduled as efficiently as possible. In doing so, they take into account the availability of teachers, classrooms, and the various subject combinations of the students.

In addition to drawing up the class schedule, schedulers also resolve unforeseen schedule changes, for example due to illness or special activities. They work closely with teachers, mentors, and school management to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Thanks to the careful planning and flexibility of our timetablers, education at our school can continue optimally, every single day!
